Invoice Sent Indicator and Mobile UI Improvements - July 2018

We’re continuing our series of mini-feature improvements with two exciting new updates that look to further improve the user experience within your Crunch account.

Invoice sent indicator:

We’ve heard a lot of your feedback asking for an invoice sent indicator to make it clear which invoices you’ve sent to your clients, and which are outstanding.

This new feature adds a new column to the invoice list that will display a tick box on any invoice that you’ve sent to the client.

This will make it easy to tell which invoices you need to send next.

You can also see this indicator in the sales dashboard, so that if you have any outstanding invoices you’ll quickly be able to see if it’s because no email was sent to the client.

Mobile UI improvements:

In our second wave of mobile UI improvements we’ve focused on the add/edit invoice screen. As you can see from the images below it’s now much easier to add/edit invoices while on the move from your mobile device.
