Tripcatcher is a mileage tracking feature that can be used either via a webpage or mobile app for greater convenience.
It’s free to all limited company accounting customers who use Crunch.
Any logged mileage entries will be automatically created in your Crunch account - no more spreadsheets!
It’s even better if you’re VAT registered using the Standard Rate VAT scheme, as Tripcatcher can calculate the VAT element of your fuel costs, making it much simpler to claim the right expenses.
To sign up for Tripcatcher, you’ll just need to log in to your Crunch account, navigate to ‘Your Account > Subscription’.
You can find this by selecting the icon in the top right corner of your Crunch account:
Scroll down and underneath the “Mobile Applications” header you’ll see Tripcatcher, you’ll need to read and accept the Service Description and then check the box and select 'Activate'.
You'll then be taken to Tripcatcher to provide a password and create your account.
