Getting your details from your current accountant

We understand how important it is for existing businesses to hit the ground running when moving to a new accountant. However, unless we have all your company information we won’t be able to file your returns with HMRC. That’s why you need to get them to us as soon as possible so we can make your transition to Crunch totally seamless.  

If you don’t have all your company details the best way to obtain the information we need is to get it straight from your current accountant.

Copy and paste the following template into an email addressed to your current accountant:

Once you’ve got all the information,  pass it onto your Client Manager and we can get your account up and running. Remember, you should never be charged a fee for access to your company information.
