How to add Crunch's support@crunch.co.uk to your email whitelist

So as to avoid legitimate Crunch emails ending up in your junk folder, you can add the Crunch "support@crunch.co.uk" email address to your whitelist / safe sender's list. Here are some short steps in a variety of email applications to make this happen:

Microsoft Outlook Express

  1. Open a Crunch email.
  2. Right click on the sender's name.
  3. Click "Add to contacts".
  4. Clive "Save" and close.

Microsoft Outlook 2003

  1. Open a Crunch email.
  2. On the toolbar click "Actions".
  3. On the drop down menu click "Junk E-Mail".
  4. Select "Add sender to safe senders list".
  5. Click the "OK" button on the pop up message to confirm.

Microsoft Outlook 2010

  1. On the "Tools" menu, click "Options".
  2. On the "Preferences" tab, click "Junk E-Mail".
  3. On the "Safe Senders" tab, click "Add".
  4. In the "Add address or domain" dialog box, type the e-mail address that you wish to add; support@crunch.co.uk and click "OK".

Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Click "Tools" and then "Address Book".
  2. Ensure that your Personal Address Book is highlighted on the left.
  3. Click "New Contact" at the top and enter the Crunch email details.
  4. Click "OK".

Gmail

  1. Open a Crunch email.
  2. Click on the "More options" link next to the date.
  3. Click on "Add sender to Contacts list" in the options below the subject line.

Windows Live Mail

  1. Go to "Options".
  2. Click "Mail and Junk Email" on the left side and then select "Allowed and blocked senders".
  3. Choose "Allowed senders"
  4. Enter the Crunch email address and click "Add to list".

Hotmail

  1. Open an email from Crunch.
  2. Click "Save Address" above the message.
  3. Confirm you wish to add Crunch's address to your address book.
