Customising the 'sender' details on outgoing emails

You can adjust your email settings in Crunch to customise the name and the response address of the sender on outgoing emails, such as the email sent when you issue an invoice to your client or send a payslip to your employee.

This may be useful if you wish to change the name sent on outgoing emails to fit in line with your company, which may be different to your Crunch account name. Or it could be that you prefer to use a correspondence email address that is different to your personal email address.

Whatever the reason, you can now alter your name and response email address by navigating to the 'Your Crunch' tab, 'Dashboard' and then selecting 'Email Settings'.
