In our experience, by far the most common reason for a mismatch between the Maximum Dividend Available and your bank balance is the fact that your Crunch Account is not up to date. Perhaps you have not recorded all of your Invoices and Expenses in Crunch, or your opening balances have not been set.
The only way to really be sure your account is up to date is to perform bank reconciliation up to the present date. We do not recommend recording a dividend until bank reconciliation has been completed.
