Leasing rental (Expense Type)

How to record this in Crunch depends on whether the lease is an Operating Lease or a Financial Lease. See this article to determine what kind of lease you have.

Operating Lease

General Administrative Expenses > Hire of Equipment

Financial Lease

Classed similarly to a Company Loan, in accounting terms. However, to record this in the Crunch system you should first contact your Account Manager, who will assist you.
